My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean with a big comfy bed, but there was a mix-up with the bed type that inconvenienced me. The staff, especially the cleaning people, were very friendly and accommodating, although there were issues with the room's WIFI. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, near many attractions and entertainment options. The dining options were a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives, making it an average choice for a stay.
